Refunds/Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us via email at hello@bloommercantile.com regarding damaged items.


Lost Packages
Once a package ships, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office to inquire. If a package is lost, please send us an email at hello@bloommercantile.com to see if a discounted replacement order could be placed. 

 

Are there charges for international customers?

International orders are subject to customs fees. USPS does not provide us with information on which countries charge customs, or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country. Buyer is responsible for these fees.
